SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

All our products are stored in our facilities, so the merchandise will be ready to be shipped immediately after you place your order. Once we receive payment confirmation, we will proceed to manage the shipment of your selected products.

Shipping to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Peninsular Portugal

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

If your order is €55 or more, shipping will be free. For smaller orders, please consult the indicative price table at the bottom of the page. The final and binding shipping cost will be indicated in the last step of the purchase process. The estimated delivery time is 24/48 business hours for in-stock products, except for transport incidents beyond our control.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

• Returns due to manufacturing defects: These are completely free of charge. Our agency will collect the product from your home at no cost. Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to:
  • Original electrical or electronic failures (product does not turn on or loses connection).
  • Structural or mechanical problems from first use (loose parts, internal breakages, malfunctioning mechanisms).
  • Obvious manufacturing defective finishes (poorly finished stitching, deformations, poorly assembled parts).
  • Missing or incorrectly installed components from the factory.
• Returns due to withdrawal: If you decide to return a product without a manufacturing defect, the Customer must cover the direct return costs. These costs will be duly informed and itemized explicitly on the corresponding invoice. The amount will be deducted from the refund, and the Customer expressly authorizes this compensation. The refund of the remaining amount will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.

Newskill is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or production incidents. We will inform you as soon as possible in case of any delay.

We recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days from receipt to facilitate any processing or returns.

In case of detecting any damage or lack of conformity at the time of delivery, please indicate it on the carrier's delivery note and/or notify us within 24-48 hours so we can offer a quick solution.
