What do we do with your Data?
• "Create an account" section.
The main purpose of this processing is the processing of orders and management of actions requested by the interested party. The basis that legitimizes the processing is the express consent in accordance with article 6.1.a) GDPR granted by checking a box. The Data will be kept until the interested party deletes their personal account, then it will be kept duly blocked until the expiration of the statute of limitations for legal actions. After this period, the Data will be irreversibly deleted.
• "Order" section.
The Data will be processed for the purpose of managing your purchase: shipping, collection, after-sales procedures. The basis that legitimizes the processing is the execution of the contractual relationship of sale in accordance with article 6.1.b) GDPR. The Data may be communicated to the technical departments of the manufacturers when it is necessary to process the warranty of a product. This communication is legitimized by article 6.1.c) GDPR, the processing is necessary to comply with the legal warranty obligation stipulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To process the delivery of your order, the delivery person may request identification data in order to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent deliveries (such as ID card number, name or surname). We inform you that your Data will only be processed for this purpose. In no case will the delivery person be authorized to capture an image of your identification document; they may not take photographs or videos by any means.
In the event that the collection is carried out by a person other than the one who processed the order, it is informed that the processing of the Data is strictly necessary for the prevention of fraud in accordance with Recital 47 GDPR, the basis that legitimizes the processing is legitimate interest.
The Data will not be subject to international transfer. The Data will be kept until the end of the product warranty. Subsequently, they will be kept blocked until the statute of limitations for legal actions (e.g., invoice retention). After this period, the Data will be irreversibly deleted.
• Sending newsletters and personalized commercial communications.
We will use your identification and contact Data to send you personalized information about website news, interesting news, promotions and offers of our products and services.
When there is a prior contractual relationship between NAT and the interested party, the legitimate basis for sending commercial prospecting will be Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI"), provided that the information relates to products marketed by NAT of a similar nature to those previously acquired by the user.
Outside the case contemplated in the previous paragraph, NAT may only send commercial prospecting when the interested party has given their express consent in accordance with Art. 6.1.a) GDPR.
The interested party can easily unsubscribe through the link available in each communication (right of opposition).
• "Giveaways" section
The Data will be processed to manage the participation of interested parties in the giveaway, as well as to communicate prizes to the winners. The basis that legitimizes the processing is the express consent in accordance with article 6.1.a) GDPR. The Data will be kept until the statute of limitations for legal actions, after which they will be deleted.
• "Contact us" section
The Data will be processed to handle an information request. The legitimate basis for the processing is the express consent of the interested party in accordance with article 6.1.a) GDPR. The Data will be kept only for the period necessary to process the query. Subsequently, they will be deleted.
• “Ethical Channel” section
The Data will be processed for the purpose of investigating communications submitted by the informant, verifying the facts, and adopting any necessary corrective measures. This processing is legitimate under article 6.1.c) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to comply with obligations derived from Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption.
The Data will only be retained for the period necessary to decide whether or not to initiate an investigation of the reported facts. If it is proven that the information provided, or part of it, is not true, we will proceed to the immediate deletion of the Data, unless such lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offense, in which case the information will be kept for the necessary time during which the judicial procedure is processed.
In any case, after three months from the receipt of the communication without investigative actions having been initiated, we will proceed to delete your Data, except in those cases where we keep them for the purpose of evidencing the operation of the system. Communications that have not been processed will be recorded anonymously.
• "Product safety problem report"
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the report of a potential product safety problem. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation as set forth in article 6.11.c) of the GDPR and articles 9.11 and 11.9 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety. The data will be processed for the time necessary for the investigation and, subsequently, will be duly blocked until the statute of limitations for any derived actions, after which, they will be irreversibly deleted. When required by the supervisory authorities, the data may be communicated to the manufacturers involved for the correct product recall.
• "Fraud prevention"
Personal data may be processed for the purpose of preventing the commission of a fraud crime. The legitimate basis is legitimate interest in accordance with Recital 47 GDPR. The data will be processed during the investigation process and, subsequently, will be duly blocked until the statute of limitations for legal actions, after which, they will be irreversibly deleted. The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation.
Recipients of the Data
The Data may be communicated to:
• Banking entities for the payment of purchases by card and/or financing of purchases and obtaining consumer credit. The basis that legitimizes the communication is the execution of the contractual relationship in accordance with article 6.1.b).
• Entities that provide investigation, discovery, and fraud prevention services, as well as minimizing the risk of its commission, based on the legitimate interest recognized by current regulations. The legitimate basis for the transfer is compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with article 6.1.c) GDPR.
• Entities and companies in the energy sector. The legitimate basis for the transfer is compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with article 6.1.c) GDPR.
• The Office of Consumers and Users in case of any complaint. The legitimate basis for the transfer is compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with article 6.1.c) GDPR.
• Manufacturers, technical services, and/or wholesalers in the case of warranties or repairs. To those transport companies that may be responsible for sending orders to customers. These recipients may be located within or outside Spanish territory, depending on the product and/or service purchased. The legitimate basis for the transfer is compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with article 6.1.c) GDPR.
• Shipping and parcel delivery companies. The legitimate basis for the communication is the execution of the contractual relationship in accordance with article 6.1.b) GDPR.
• In legally established cases, such as the Security Forces and Corps. The legitimate basis for the transfer is compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with article 6.1.c) GDPR.
• Public Administrations to which we must provide information upon request. The legitimate basis for the transfer is compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with article 6.1.c) GDPR.
International Data Transfers
In some cases, we may transfer your Personal Data to service providers located in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who provide us with services to support the development of our activity, acting as data processors. In particular, we may transfer your Data to Mailchimp, which belongs to the US company The Rocket Science Group, LLC, an email marketing service provider.
This provider is included in the “Data Privacy Framework” list, so transfers made to it are covered based on the Commission's Adequacy Decision of July 10, 2023.

Data Quality
Users must guarantee the veracity, accuracy, authenticity, and validity of the Data. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to NAT, or third parties, by the information provided.
Likewise, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information provided, the use of the account is personal and non-transferable.
In case there are doubts about the authenticity of the Data provided, NAT may request the strictly necessary information to ensure that the sales process is formalized with the maximum guarantees for the parties.
Protection of Minors
We do not collect personal data from children under fourteen years of age. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the privacy of minors, doing everything possible to ensure that they have authorized the collection and use of the minor's personal data.
Social Networks
Through our website, you can access Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube social networks, which are open to all users. These are websites where users can register and follow us for free. On these social networks, users can learn about our activities, opinions, and access photos and videos.
